Web Programming Skills

  • Specialized in the major dynamic web technologies - ASP, ASP.NET (c# & vb), Java, DHTML, XML for over 5 years.
  • Selected by the head of Computer Sciences Staff at Oklahoma City Community College to be the Supplemental Instructor for Java, Visual Basic, C, C++, and Web Design for 2 years.
  • Familiar with the most widely used web programming applications - Visual Studio, Visual Studio .NET, Frontpage, and Dreamweaver while still able to complete anything in Notepad.
  • Practice clean and readable coding techniques regardless of team or solo projects.
  • Have a firm belief in proper Object Oriented techniques which has just recently been introduced into dynamic web design via the .NET framework.
  • Extensive work in database design and programming - MSQL, MySql, and Access.
  • Currently operate a web site that offers Realtors an online listings catalog that can be updated with minimal web experience.
  • Completed several commercial web sites that are designed to be maintenance free and updatable by clients.

Web Design Skills

  • Maintain an intimate understanding of the major web design technologies - HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Frequently use and understand such graphic design programs as Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe ImageReady.
  • Specialize in Macromedia Flash, both ActionScript and Timeline editing.
  • Currently interested in and pursuing a mastery of CSS, elegant typeography, layout, and placement.
